Coping with Stress and Anxiety

Everyone experiences stress and anxiety. Excessive or prolonged stress can have a negative impact on our physical and mental health. Sometimes we can find ourselves fearful, nervous and tense almost all the time, which is when anxiety becomes a problem.

Led by the CNWL Recovery & Wellbeing College who will discuss how we can identify signs and sources of stress and exploring practical ways of managing stress & anxiety more effectively.
